Smoke Signal (The Vigilantes)

Husband of ElectraFlame, Smoke Signal is of Native American descent. He, along with his wife, are into being a Vigilante the right way (i.e., more aligned to Massive Man’s code) than other Vigilantes, but he also knows they have to be “in the game” to be in the game. He has always wanted to form a supergroup, of which there haven’t been any in quite some time since every Vigilante wants individual glory, but hasn’t had any success. The closest he has gotten is teaming up with Questor on several occasions.

He has the ability to manipulate fire and can channel the power of his ancestors to increase his strength and deliver powerful blows. My concept behind his cape is that it becomes smoke about 3/4 of the way down when he activates his powers. This works as defense making it hard for him to be targeted by ranged foes and chokes them if they get close for melee.
